Team desired innovative solutions to common problems students faced when accessing the toolbox
Career counselors wanted to easily point students to resources after career counseling meetings but didn’t know where to begin
Team focused heavily on technological solutions as opposed to human-centered solutions
Design Solutions
Introduced the faculty and staff of the Robinson College of Business to the design thinking process
Authored and facilitated a 4-part "Principled Innovation" design thinking workshop series to 6 Georgia State University directors at the Robinson College of Business to redesign their Digital Career Toolbox (DCT) provided to all undergraduate and graduate students
Series explored the values of the team, the values of students and how those aligned to build meaningful interactions and learning experiences

GSU’s Learning Design Team members required training on how to conduct workshops with faculty members
Design Solutions
Co-authored an internal workshop to support team members on the design and facilitation of workshops with external partners
Created speculative design scenarios in the form of “What If” questions to catalyze team thought on workshop ideas with design partners
